Dea del Mare Pinot Grigio Rosé (Rosé) Easy, uncomplicated, and genuinely fun. Not too heavy, with pleasantly restrained acidity. A fun little detail: Pinot Grigio is technically a white grape – but its pink skin makes it a surprisingly great candidate for rosé production.
