Shipping Costs Within Germany

Shipping Costs

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee per order.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Orders with a total value of €99.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Service Providers

Delivery is carried out by a shipping service provider of our choice. The selection of the carrier depends on availability and logistical requirements.

Shipments are insured against loss and damage during transport.

Depending on the shipping provider, delivery notifications, delivery attempts, or collection options may vary. Where supported by the carrier, you will be informed accordingly.

Delivery Time

Unless otherwise stated in the shop, the standard delivery time is 4–7 business days after receipt of payment.

No shipping takes place on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of delays or delivery bottlenecks in individual cases, we will inform you by email where possible.

Receipt of Goods & Defect Notification

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.

Any obvious transport damage (e.g. broken glass) or missing items must be reported to us without delay so that we can review the case and initiate an appropriate solution.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Age Verification on Delivery

The sale of alcoholic products is restricted to persons 18 years of age or older.
An age verification may be carried out upon delivery. Goods will only be handed over to adult recipients.

Exclusion of Certain Delivery Addresses

Delivery to automated parcel lockers such as DHL Packstations or comparable systems is currently not possible.
