Not too heavy and the acidity isn't too intense. An honest rosé that's truly enjoyable. A special feature: Pinot Grigio (Grauburgunder) is a white grape and therefore rarely used for rosé production. However, since the grape has a pink skin, leaving the juice in contact with the skins for a while results in a very light rosé. Produced by TheWinePeople, a project led by Italian winemakers Mattia Giacomelli and Stefano Chioccioli, who focus on producing accessible, high-quality wines with excellent value for money.
