The most serious of our rosés. Slightly less fruity, but with vegetal and subtly spicy aromas. Still light, but more elegant than crisp and fresh. Produced by Anne de Joyeuse in Limoux, Languedoc. The higher altitude of Limoux and the cooler climate (unusual for southern France) contribute to the wine's refined character and complexity.
