A wild young wine from Domaine Mosse in Anjou (Loire) with lots of red fruit, possibly still slightly sparkling (tart), and maximum enjoyment. Biodynamic production. Founded by Agnès and René Mosse in 1999 and now run by their sons Sylvestre and Joseph, the domaine is renowned for biodynamic viticulture (practicing since 1999) and minimal intervention winemaking with spontaneous fermentation and long aging in barrels or foudres.
