A very fine, complex, and aromatic Crémant from Bordeaux. From Château St. Marie. The use of red grape varieties vinified as a white wine (méthode traditionnelle) creates a distinctive character. Truly surprisingly good. Rather yeasty and brioche-like, not too fruity. Brut Nature means completely without dosage (i.e., completely dry).
