Refund policy

Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has received the goods.

To be eligible for a return under the right of cancellation, the item must generally be in the same condition in which you received it: unopened, unused, undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the goods. Items sent back to us without prior notification cannot be accepted.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the case and find an appropriate solution (e.g. replacement or refund).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from the right of cancellation or return, in particular:

  • perishable goods

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery or the item has been opened

For our products, this specifically means:
Opened or partially consumed wine bottles are excluded from return.

We are also unable to accept returns of gift vouchers.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item within the cancellation period.
Once the return has been accepted and refunded, you may purchase the desired item in a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, we will refund:

  • the purchase price of the goods

  • the cost of the originally selected standard delivery

(Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery, e.g. express shipping, will not be refunded.)

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
We aim to process refunds no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation notice and the returned goods. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
